  2. I love Skype. It keeps me in touch with my family in England and being able to see them on video as well as audio is like a personal visit without the cost of a plane ticket. I also keep in close contact with a grandson in Nevada.

  3. I have used Skype internationally, but I need to be online and available to receive a call. Likewise, I need to schedule a call with the other party to be sure they were online and available.

  4. Easy to set up. Free calls require planning (computer to computer). Computer to land/mobile lines for pennies per minute (continental US and Hawaii plus minimal connection fee approx $.04 per call). No extra equipment other than microphone or headset with mike. Clarity fair to good. Seems to work okay on 6 Mbps DSL lines. Skype web browser plug in seems to cause browser problems - would recommend not to install.

  5. Adding a comment is easy, once one learns the steps.
As to Skype, I have it, seldom use it as I prefer emails for formal discussions. (Skype is great though, for family talks and greetings.)
